Update Jan 18, 2012:  After installing SP1 on my Win 7 x64 box, and using the latest binaries from 1Up, BINS is finally working.   and it is a beautiful thing.  Great app!   Wonderful little program, and imho should be part of Windows–Microsoft buy it!
